  • What is an online website editor?

    It is an online tool to create websites based on templates.

  • What do I need to use Zeendo's website editor?

    A computer (desktop or laptop) with internet connection and access to one of the following web browsers: Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, Mozilla or Internet Explorer (IE10 or above).

  • Do I need to create a different website for each device (computer, mobile, tablet)?

    With Zeendo's editor you only need to create one version of your website. Upload your contents (images, menus, etc.) once and the editor adapts them automatically to all devices (computer, mobile, tablet...).

  • How many available templates do I have?

    You have more than 20 different combinations of templates available, classified by colour and profession.

  • I can't find a template for my profession, what should I do?

    The professional classification of the templates is merely illustrative. Remember that all the templates are fully customizable, so it doesn't matter which one you select, you'll be able to edit it at will and add new elements, change the structures, etc.

  • What happens if I want to change templates?

    You can change templates whenever you want, but please note that you will lose the content uploaded. Make sure to start your website using the template that best fits your needs so that you don't have to upload all your content again.

  • Can I upload to my website as many content as I want?

    Yes, as long as your website doesn't exceed 1 Gb. You can upload any kind of file of up to 10 Mb per file and images in .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif formats of up to 4 Mb per image.

  • Can I directly convert my website into a responsive web design?

    No, Zeendo is not a conversion tool but an editor. You must select a responsive web design template and customize it with the contents of your website.

  • Is there a way to duplicate a page or collection?

    You cannot duplicate an entire page currently, but you can duplicate a group of elements. Click on the icon in the middle of the toolbar to clone the element you’re editing on the same page.

  • How can I edit a live webpage without causing chaos for the page's visitors during my editing session?

    Until you publish again your website, the visitor is seeing the latest version, so it will not cause any chaos if you’re editing while you're editing the website.

  • Should I drag & drop always or can I click on an element to add it?

    You must drag & drop to add elements, and then double click to edit the contents.

  • Can I program my own elements or insert custom ones?

    Unfortunately it is not possible to insert external elements. You must use the elements provided by the editor, but you can personalize them as you like.
